History

GALATIUS GROUP A/S, Group of Companies, an over 70 years operating company launched the subsidiary company MOPUFLEX A/S in 2009.

MOPUFLEX A/S has got a proprietary platform system for offshore purposes, setting new standards for cost and flexibility in offshore installation, production, maintenance and accommodation vessels.

With help from German investors, adequate capital to support setting up a production of the company’s technology is now in place.

The significant benefits to end-users of the MOPUFLEX system have attracted licensed manufacturers who are already engaged with customized offshore solutions for O&G companies. The plan is to have the first installation in place by end of 4th quarter 2016.

The company’s founders worked over a 3-year period with design and innovation tasks in South East Asian O&G companies including Brunei Shell Petroleum, Shell Sarawak, SapuraKencana & Petronas. The MOPUFLEX concept was conceived and further developed through discussions with these companies.
